Div 1 Week 9 – Gosford – 6 April
The division bowled average at Gosford with 22 200 games and 6 600 series. The high game went to Chris Greaves 278, followed by Adam Burrows 277, Chris again 268, reserve Kevin Fox 267, Rodney Kitley 260, Ray Vandine 258 and 256, Dave Stenstra 247, Adam again 246 and Michael Campbell 235. The series went to Chris 767, Adam 718, Ray 677, Kevin 620, Mark Beaton 609, Rodney 602, Dave 590, Greg Farraway 577, Phil Spender 570 and Robert Ellison 562. Leaders Tenpin City Dark Knights lost 10-9 to 3rd place Bowlarama Gorillas dropping to 2nd spot as Bowlarama Blackjacks won 15-4 to take the lead by 4 points, leaving Gorillas still in 3rd place, only 4 points behind Dark Knights. 4th place Gosford Grenades maintained their position winning 10-9, while Wetherill Park Guns closed the gap to 3 points scoring 17 on the bye. Campbelltown City Chihuahuas won 13-6 while Fairfield Underdogs won 11-8. The high game went to Blackjacks 974, Fairfield Odd Bodz 968 and Chihuahuas 957. The series went to Blackjacks 2797, Chihuahuas 2752 and Odd Bodz 2657.
Div 2 Week 9 – Strathfield Superbowl – 6 April
The division bowled 6½ pins under average at Strathfield with 15 200 games and 2 600 series. The high game went to Nick Frost 252, John Barrett and Kyle Keith-Wheatley 227, Graeme Pulbrook 217, John again 214, Nick again 213, Nadim El Haddad 212, Chris Prince 206 and 205 and Michael Heynsdyk 203. Leaders Rooty Hill Strikers lost 16-3 to 5th place Bowlarama Alleycatz dropping to 7th place w hile Alleycatz climbed to 2nd, just 2½ points behind Rooty Hill Rhinos who won 17-2 and moved from 3rd to top spot. 2nd place Lidcombe Lynx won 11-8 against equal 3rd place Western Force but dropped to 3rd while Force dropped to 4th. Strathfield Vikings remained in 5th spot despite losing 10½ - 8½ to Campbelltown City Sixers, Strathfield Sharks won 16-3, Mittagong Highlanders won 13½ - 5½, Wetherill Park Rebels won 15-4 and Strathfield Scorpions 14-5. The high game went to Alleycatz 884, Sharks 857 and Highlanders 845. The series went to Alleycatz 2556, Sharks 2454 and Rhinos 2423.
