Division 1 Week 7 – Wetherill Park – 18 March

The division bowled 4 pins over average at Wetherill Park with 44 200 games and 10 600 series. The high game went to Josh Vanderkolk 289, Wolf Miller 278, Ross Brown 268, Reece Hines 267, Andrew Parker 256, Ross again 246, Rodney Kitley 245 and Shane Bond and Josh again 243. The series went to Josh 734, Ross 728, Shane 665, Peter Daly 630, Darren Topolski 626, John Raftry 615, Andrew Parker 608, Matt Zerafa 605 and Reece 604. The ladies high game went to Amy Brown 243, Sarah Heath 224, Janelle Crass 216, Michelle Simmonds 213, al ong with Kayleen Watts who also scored 208, Sandra Stanshall 202 and Meg Abdilla, Janelle and Amy, all on 199. Leaders Tenpin City Reaper crew won 13-6 maintaining their lead as 2nd place Campbelltown Cougars also won by the same score. Wetherill Park Bandits lost by that score to Bowlarama Hotshots but retained 3rd spot by ½ point as Wetherill Park Guns lost 10-9 to Rooty Hill Rogues but retained 4th place. Rooty Hill Roos, with new bowler Matt Zerafa, won 13-6. The high game went to Cougars 1122 followed by Hotshots 1066, Guns 1059, Reaper Crew 1027 and Rogues 1019. The series went to Guns 3003, Hotshots 2979 and Cougars 2966.

Division 2 Week 7 – Campbelltown City – 18 March

The division bowled 2½ pins under average at Campbelltown with 27 200 games and 4 600 series. The high game went to Ray Vandine 246, followed by Nathan O’Neil and Patrick Purcell 244, John Dowton 237, Mikel Petersen and reserve Bob Cohen 236, Derek Kellard 232, Joe Wrublewski 229 and Chris Prince and Robert Vamvas 225. The series went to Nathan 673, Bob 661, Ray 637, John 624, Mikel 584, Derek 572, Michael Pipe 569 and Ray Dillon, Dean Harris and Ewan Thomas 568. Leaders Rooty Hill Rhinos lost 10-9 to Campbelltown City Thunder and dropped to 2nd place as Bowlarama Alleycatz won 13-6 to take the top spot by 2 points. 3rd place Windsor Rockets lost 10-9 to Wetherill Whisperers allowing Strat hfield Tigers to join them as equal 3rd place winning 10-9. Strathfield Sharks scored 12 on the bye, and Campbelltown Alleygators scored 11½ points and Gosford Grenades 12 points to close out the round. The high game went to Whisperers 977, followed by Alleygators 928 and Rockets 910. The series went to Whisperers 2689 followed by Rockets 2667 and Alleygators 2657.

Division 3 Week 7 – Wetherill Park – 18 March

The division bowled 2 pins over average at Wetherill Park with 11 200 games and 2 600 series. The high game went to Nick Frost 249, followed by Brad Cook with 238, 230 and 220, the last of which he shared with Nathan Bracey, reserve Ecky Liem scored a 213 and 212, Robert Kelly 203, Allan Bereyne and Bob Quinn 201 and Joe Luca and Les Dunn 199. The series went to Brad 688, setting a new high for the season, with Ecky 617, Nathan 580, Les 565, Nick 560, Matt Burchell 537, Bob 535 and Vince Granturco 534. The ladies high game went to Pam Russell 221 and 197, followed by reserve Kim Cook also 197, Kerry Horvat 196, Ros Kirkland 188, Abigail Keith Wheatley 175, Marianne Keith 172 and 168 and Ancita Levy 167. The series went to Pam 574, followed by Marianne 494, Ancita 484, Kerry 481, Julie Strickland 478, Ros 467, Abigail 454, Kim 452, Jasmine Hall 426 and reserve Louise Kelly 424.

Leaders Lidcombe Looneys extended their lead to 21 points winning 15-4 as Gosford Giants won 11-8 to remain in 2nd spot. Campbelltown City Dragons lost 11-8 and dropped from 3rd to 5th as Strathfield Saints and Rooty Hill Pikachoos both won 11-8 to overtake them and Windsor Bushrangers scored 10½ in their win. The high game went to Looneys 904, Saints 895 and Bushrangers 842. The series went to Saints 2540, Looneys 2482 and Pikachoos 2402.
