Div 1 Week 31 – South Strathfield – 17 Sep

The division bowled 12 pins under average with 20 200 games and 3 600 series. The high game went to Kristain Asquith 237, followed by Warren Cockerill 236, Jason Raftry 234, Darryl Burton and Peter Daly 233, Glenn Rowland 225, George Antaky 224, Jason again 223, Tristan Frew and Ian Neich 213 and Andrew Parker 210. The high series went to Jason 627, Daryl 610, Glenn 609, Kristain 583, John Raftry 578, Andrew 577, George 572, Michael Marker 558, Kim Mor ris 545 and Shane Bond 542. The ladies high game went to Kayleen Watts 193, followed by Leigh Shephard 188, Kayleen again 187, Sarah Heath 186 and 183, Trudy Gould also 183, Ros Dowton 178, Sarah again 176, Corrina Logan 174 and Sandra Stanshall 173. Leaders Campbelltown Cougars won 10-9 against 4th place Lidcombe Lightning while Strathfield Sandbaggers closed the gap to 3½ points winning 12-7. 3rd place Wetherill Park Guns also won 10-9 as did 5th place Wetherill Park Bandits. Windsor 9 or Better won 13-6 while Campbelltown Rebels won 10-9 and Gosford Gremlins scored 12 on the bye. The high game went to Bandits 991, Sandbaggers 954 and Wetherill Park Phoenix 925. The series went to Sandbaggers 2640, Bandits 2618 and Rebels 2591.

Div 2 Week 27 – Windsor – 17 Sep

The division bowled 2 pins under average with 21 200 games and 6 600 series. The high game went to Mikel Petersen 254, Robert Vamvas 242, Ray Vandine 237, Joe Wrublewski and Mikel again 236, Jared Kirkland 235, Franck Hervouet 224, David Blevins 223, Ray again 219 and Les Dunn 218. The ladies high game went to Rebeccanne Farr with 207 & 203, followed by Maria Wrublewski 192, Sandra Burchall 184, Melissa Webb 177, Maria again 175, Kay Ginger and Merle Turner 170 and Madison McCooey 169 & 167. Leaders Bowlarama Alleycatz played 3rd place Campbelltown Alleygators and lost 10½-8½ dropping to 2nd place as Windsor Wanderers w on 15-4 to move into the top spot by 1 point. 4th place Lidcombe Lyrebirds won 15-4 to move closer to the top 3 with just over 10 points between 1st and 4th now. Western Warriors won 12-7 and Windsor Rockets won 10-9. The high game went to Alleygators 962, followed by Alley Catz 925 and Warriors 915. The series went to Alleygators 2747, Wanderers 2630 and Warriors 2627.

Div 3 Week 27 – Wetherill Park – 17 Sep

The division bowled 3 pins over average at Wetherill Park with 19 200 games and 6 600 series. The high game went to Matt Jeffress with a new high for the season 279, followed by Matt Smith 257, Bruce Worrell 237, Brad Cook 225 & 219, Bob Greenwood and Paul Woodberry 218, Nathan Bracey 215, Bob Quinn 213 and Phil Spender 211. The series went to Matt Jeffress 669, followed by Brad 644, Nathan 610, Matt Smith 609, Bob Quinn 602, Bruce 592, Paul 582, Kyle Keith-Wheatley 564 and Mark Goggin 540. The ladies high game went to Angela Francis 221, followed by reserve Justine Peters 213 & 205, Ancita Levy 196, Ros Shepherd 192, Justine again 191, Ros Kirkland 190, Ancita again 183, Julie Strickland 180 and Marianne Keith and Lorraine Hazelwood 178. The series went to Justine 609, Angela 540, Ancita 534, Ros Kirkland 502, Marianne 490, Ros Shepherd 483, Lorraine 473, Julie 471, Kerry Horvat 464 and Maxine Jones 423.

Leaders Strathfield Saints won 14 ½ - 4 ½ and extended their lead to 11 ½ points as 2nd place Bowlarama Lollipops played 3rd place Wetherill Park All Stars and lost 13-6 dropping to 3rd as they moved into 2nd. 4th place Fairfield Dragons won 15-4 while Gosford Giants lost 13-6 to Lidcombe Hells Angels but retained 5th spot. Campbelltown Strikers win 10-9 while Lidcombe Hot to Trot Tigers scored 12 on the bye. The new high game for the season went to All Stars 1021, followed by Saints 937 and Hells Angels 889. All Stars just missed setting a new high series by 3 pins scoring 2718, followed by Sain ts 2643 and Hells Angels 2577
