Div 2 Week 20 – Windsor – 4 July
The division bowled 2 pins under average at Windsor with 26 200 games and 6 600 series. The high game went to Jared Kirkland with a personal best of 278, followed by Ray Vandine 246, Les Dunn 237, Wolf Miller and reserve Matthew W Smith 224, Jim Vlahos 218, Michail Wrublewski 216 and Brad Bruen 215. The series went to Jared 662, Ray 651, Les 650, Wolf 609, Allan Taylor and Rick Russell 607, reserve Bob Cohen 597 and Tony Zumbo 588. The ladies high game went to Rebeccanne Farr with 230, followed by Maria Wrublewski 207, Sharon Murphy 202, Wendy Kennedy 197, Maria again 193 and 192, Marilyn Wentworth-Perry 191, Sharon again 190 and 189, Annette Simmonds 188 and Melissa Webb 187. The series went to Maria 592, Sharon 581, Melissa 536, Rebeccanne 535, reserve Ancita Levy, Wendy and Annette 517 and Merle Turner and Nicky Foster 506.
Leaders Bowlarama Alley Catz lost 10½ - 8½ to Strathfield Superchargers but maintained their 9½ point lead as 2nd place Campbelltown City Stingers lost 12-7 to Strathfield Tigers but Western Warriors won 12-7 to take over in 2nd place. 4th place Wetherill Park Piranhas dropped to 6th s pot losing 12-7 to rapidly improving Campbelltown City Alleygators who jumped from 8th to 5th while Bowlarama Hotshots won 14-5 to take 4th spot. It is all very tight at the top with 1st to 9th spot being only 30 points. The other big winner was Lidcombe Looneys with 13 points consolidating 7th position. The high game went to Looneys 945, Piranhas 938 and Alleygators 921. The series went to Superchargers 2670, Looneys 2655 and Alley Catz 2652.
Div 3 Week 20 – Tenpin City – 4 July
The division bowled 3 pins over average with 25 200 games and 4 600 series. The high game went to Bradie Pirie 235, followed by Robert Kelly 234, William Scheers 233, Mark Ellison 230, Robert Ciacciarelli 22, Ray Hann and Mark again 225 and Nicholas 217. The series went to Mark 622, William 630, Ray (with his first 600 series) 615, Phil Spender 609, Robert Kelly 599, Ricky Andrews 586, Paul Woodberry and Bob Quinn 585 and Nathan Bracey 582. The ladies high game went to Ros Kirkland with 226, followed by Marianne Keith 215, Angela Francis 208, Marianne again 195, Rita Harris 190, Maxine Jones 189, Julie Strickland 188, Debbie van der Meer 180 and reserve Tracy Hodgson and Ros again 179. The series went to Marianne 554, followed by Ros 551, Angela 528, Debbie 507, Rita 490, Lorraine Hazelwood 488, Maxine 484, Julie 468, Tracy 467 and Jane Austin 466.
Leaders Campbelltown City Chiefs extended their lead to 24½ points winning 13-6 against 2nd place 2nd place Wetherill Park All Stars while 3rd place Strathfield Saints won 10-9 to move closer to 2nd. 4th place Wetherill Park Rangers lost 11-8 to Bowlarama Mixed Bag while Lidcombe Grimreapers won 12-7. The biggest win of the day went to Bateau Bay Buddhas who scored 14. The high game went to Grimreapers 945, followed by Chiefs 935 and Mixed Bag 922. The series went to Mixed Bag 2680, followed by Chiefs 5694 and Rangers 2571.
