Division 1 Week 12 – Gosford – 16 May

The division bowled 9 pins under average at Gosford with 24 200 games and 9 600 series. The high game went to Alex Sole 243, followed by Rodney Kitley 237, reserve Darren Topolski and Shane Bond 235, Paul Katar and Rodney again 232, Chris Arthur and Kim Morris 230, Reece Hines 225 and Josh Vanderkolk and Alex again 224. The series went to Rodney 659, ahead of Alex 656, Chris 642, Shane 629, Michael Marker 619, Kim 610, Darren 606, reserve John Barrett 601 and reserve Bob Cohen 600. The ladies high game went to Trudy Gould 209, Amy Brown 192, Kayleen Watts 184 & 180, with Michelle Simmonds 180 also, Meg Abdilla 176, Janelle Crass and Kayleen again 175, Jodie Terry 171 and reserve Emily Johnston 170. The series went to Kayleen 539, Trudy 528, Amy 505, Michelle 503, Janelle 499, Jodie 192 and Emily 477.

In the positional round leaders Wetherill Park Bandits lost a close game to 2nd place Tenpin City Tomahawks 10-9, while 3rd place Lidcombe Lightning created some breathing space winning 13½-5½ over Campbelltown Cougars. Bateau Bay Reaper Crew moved up to 5th spot winning 12½-6½ against Wetherill Park Phoenix who dropped to 7th spot as Fairfield Fireballs won 13½-5½ against Windsor Pirates. Shelley Rogues beat Mittagong Warriors 12-7. The high game went to Reaper Crew 976, followed by Lightning 973 and Cougars 939. The series went to Lightning 2806, Reaper Crew 2779 and Tomahawks 2770

Division 2 Week 14 – Wetherill Park – 16 May

The division bowled 3 pins over average at Wetherill Park with 43 200 games and 10 600 series. The high game went to Mikel Petersen 255, Garry Graham 249, Allan Taylor and Harry Collins 247, Michael Pipe and Manuel Bugay 246, Neil Maloney 245 and Graeme Brown 243. The series went to Neil 680, reserve Dean Harris 672, Josh Mardel 671, Allan Taylor 660, Steve Fairbairn 646, Michail Wrublewski 622, Michael Campbell 617, Derek Kellard 614, Ray Dillon 613 and Wolf Miller 606. The ladies high game went to Evelyn O’Donnell 224, followed by Maria Wrublewski 201, Nicky Foster 187, Melissa Webb 183 & 182, Nicky again 182, Rebeccanne Farr 181 and Leonie Ince 180 & 178. The series went to Maria 548, Evelyn 505, Melissa 501, Leonie 500, Nicky 488, Rebeccanne 486, Margaret Rogers 452 and Alison Bird 442.

Leaders Bowlarama Alley Catz won 12-7 against Campbelltown City Stingers pushing them down to 3rd spot as Wetherill Park Piranhas claimed 2nd from 4th place with a 15-4 result leaving them 10 points behind the leaders. 3rd place Western Warriors won 11-8 against th place Tenpin Terriers ending a losing streak of five for the former leaders but dropped to 4th spot. The other big win was 8th place Strathfield Superchargers 12½-6½ over 5th place Bowlarama Hotshots moving Superchargers up to 7th. The high game went to Warriors 986, followed by Tenpin City Bandits 973 and Piranhas 966. The series went to Piranhas 2808, Warriors 2792 and Terriers 2733.

Division 3 Week 14 – Strathfield Superbowl – 16 May

The division bowled 5½ pins under average at Strathfield with 13 200 games and 2 600 series. The high game went to Brad Cook 236, followed by Daniel Prince 233, Bradie Pirie and Chris Prince 220, Phil Spender 211 and Robert Kelly 210. The series went to Brad 601, David Latham 600, Brady 584, Robert 573, Daniel 568, Bob Quinn 558, Glenn Luxford 549 and Nathan Bracey 546. The ladies high game went to Lorraine Hazelwood 222 & 190, Natasha Bracey 188, Julie Strickland 183, Angela Francis 172, Ros Kirkland 170Lorraine again 167, Pam Russell 165, Tina Sainsbury 164 and Jane Austin 163. The series went to Lorraine 579, Julie 466, Angela, Natasha and Ros Kirkland 459, Ros Shepherd 457, Jane Austin 449 and Marianne Keith 444.

Leaders Campbelltown City Chiefs extended their lead to 9 points winning 16-3 against 4th place Wetherill Park Rangers while Strathfield Saints won 14-5. Wetherill Park All Stars remained in 3rd place with 13-6 win while 5th place Lidcombe Grimreapers also won 16-3. The other big winner was Liverpool Lions 13-6. The high game went to Chiefs 953, Saints 882 and All Stars 880. The series went to Chiefs 2616, Saints 2473 and Bateau Bay Buddhas 2389.
