Division 1 Week 11 – Tenpin City – 9 May

The division bowled 9 pins over average at Tenpin City with 64 200 games and 14 600 series. The high game went t0 Alan Wilson 269, Peter Daly 267, Alex Sole 266, Chris Gervacio 258, Shane Bond 257, Paul Katar 248, Andrew Parker 246 and Greg Farraway and Kristain Asquith 244. The series went to Alex 727, followed by Simon Millman 704, Andrew 702, Shane 697, Alan 694, Kristain 689, Peter 676 and Chris 661. The ladies high game went to Amy Brown 221, Sarah Heath 216 & 215, Monique Rusin 2 13, Vicki McCaffrey 210, Jodie Terry 201 and Kayleen Watts & Amy again 200. The series went to Sarah 591, Monique 573, Jodie 572, Amy 564, Vicki 557 and Janice Edwards 532.

Leaders Wetherill Park Bandits increased their lead winning 15-4 against 5th place Windsor Pirates, while Tenpin City Tomahawks won 12-7 against 3rd place Lidcombe Lightning to remain in 2nd spot 11½ points behind. 4th place Campbelltown Cougars retained their position despite losing 11-8 to Bateau Bay Reaper Crew who moved up 1 spot to 5th. Other big winners were Shelley Rogues 15½ and Wetherill Park Phoenix 13. The high game went to Reaper Crew with 1123 – a new high for the season, Rogues 1117, Fairfield Fireballs 1010, Gosford Rev Heads 1008 and Tenpin City Tomahawks 1000. The series went to Reaper Crew 3019, closely followed by Rogues 3015 and Tomahawks 2946.

Division 2 Week 13 & amp;ndash; South Strathfield – 9 May

The division bowled 1 pin under average at South Strathfield with 30 200 games and 6 600 series. The high game went to George Antaky 267, followed by reserve Joe Wrublewski 246, Allan Taylor 240, Ray Dillon 235, Michael Pipe 234, Marcel Sleiman 228, Ewan Thomas 227 and Michael Campbell 225. The series went to Ray 666, followed by George 662, Joe 631, Michael Campbell 624, Ewan 615, Michael Wrublewski 612 and Chris Bedwell 582. The ladies high game went to Rebeccanne Farr 184, ahead of Evelyn O’Donnell 183, Annette Simmonds and Evelyn again 179, Sharon Murphy 178, Kay Ginger 177 and Nicky Foster 176. The series went to Evelyn 527, followed by Kay 497, Nicky 493, Sharon 486, Maria Wrublewski 472, Annette 467 and Merle Turner 465.

Leaders Campbelltown City Stingers won 10-9 against 3rd place Western Warriors but dropped to 2nd as Bowlarama Alley Catz scored 17 to move into top spot by 6½ points. 4th place Tenpin Terriers lost 10-9 to Campbelltown City Alleygators and dropped to 6th spot as Bowlarama Hotshots 13 and Wetherill Park Piranhas 15 both scored big wins. The other big winner was Strathfield Superchargers with 13 points moving up one place to 8th. The high game went to Hotshots with 972, followed by Superchargers 958 and Strathfield Tigers 951. The series went to Tigers 2718, Superchargers 2699 and Hotshots 2688.

Division 3 Week 13 – Wetherill Park – 9 May

The division bowled 3 pins over average at Wetherill Park with 23 200 games and 1 700 series. The high game went to David Latham with a season high of 263, followed by Phil Spender 235, David again 233, Mark Goggin 223, William Macrohon 220, Robert Ciacciarelli and Matthew Jeffress 217 and Brady Pirie and Nicholas Liem 215. The series went to David Latham with another season high 702, next was Matthew 590, Robert 587, Brady and Nicholas 584, Daniel Prince 581 and Phil 579. The ladies high game went to Marianne Keith 201, Ros Shepherd with a pair of 192’s, Ros Kirkland 188, Sandra Ashton 181 and Angela Francis, Lorraine Hazelwood and Rita Harris all on 179. The series went to Ros Shepherd 542, Marianne 516, Lorraine 489, Ros Kirkland 486, Rita 484, Angela 465 and reserve Tracy Hodgson 463.

Leaders Campbelltown City Chiefs increased their lead to 7 points scoring 15 points while Strathfield Saints in 2nd place scored 10½. Wetherill Park All Stars in 3rd place won 11-8 to maintain their position while Wetherill Park Rangers inched closer with a 14-5 result. Other big winners were Lidcombe Grimreapers 14½ and Windsor Wags with 14. The high game went to Chiefs 910, followed by Saints 903 and Grimreapers 885. The series went to Chiefs 2625, Rangers 2604 and Wags 2535.
